An Appeal from the Chair of the AfESG
It is a little-known fact that the AfESG receives no core funding from IUCN or the Species Survival Commission. Therefore, we are solely dependent on our own ability to raise funds.
For the past 12 years we have been able to secure sufficient funds to conduct our activities and to produce the outputs featured on this website. In the current economic and political climate, however, it has become extremely difficult to raise funds to continue our operations.
